NISP Conducts Nationwide Inspection for 2018 1st quarter

With the desire to further strengthen the implementation of all scholarship programs under Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), a nationwide inspection was conducted by the National Inspectorate for Scholarship Programs (NISP) for the first quarter of 2018.

The nationwide inspection is held every quarter of the year to ensure that all funded scholarship programs are properly implemented by the TVIs and also to continuously improve the handling of the programs.

NISP along with the Regional Inspectorate for Scholarship Program (RISP) team of the respective regions supervised, monitored and inspected all Technical Vocational Institutions (TVIs) with scholarship funded programs. The inspection was slated starting from March 5-16 and March 19-27, 2018.

In Davao region, a total of 121 TVIs were inspected.

Members of the inspectorate teams from each region shall prepare and submit technical, administrative and inspection reports on inspected TVIs.
